A word from the founder
A concierge service designed like a home
I created Serenza for a simple reason: too many owners entrust their property to platforms that know neither their travellers, nor their neighbourhood, nor even their home. I wanted a human-scale alternative, rooted right here, where every key handed over is a promise kept.
I live at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup, and my network of cleaning, maintenance and welcome teams lives here too. When a traveller arrives at your home, they are welcomed by someone who knows your house and its surroundings, not by an agent paid by the hour.
Serenza has grown with this principle. We also look after second homes all year round, with a dated photo report after every visit. And because follow-up should be as dependable as the welcome, we developed our own software: scheduling, check-in and check-out inspections, accounting, monthly report. You see what is happening at your property, without having to ask.
