Designed for rentals and second homes
When the home is empty or rented, you see and adjust everything remotely.
When a guest arrives, the house welcomes them: soft lighting, pleasant temperature, music, a shutter slightly open, and a temporary door code. On departure, everything goes back to order. Sensors (water, temperature, opening, motion) alert you on your phone.
Compatible with your equipment
Serenza Home connects to Shelly modules (shutters, sockets, lights, relays), to Tuya and Smart Life devices, and to TTLock connected locks. Before any purchase, we tell you what works with what you already own.
How it works
1. We study your home
We look at your shutters, your pool, your energy and how you use them, then we suggest suitable equipment, with a free quote.
2. We install and configure
Installation of the modules and setup of the app. Wiring on the 230 V is carried out by an electrician.
3. You control, we supervise
You stay in control from your phone. Remote supervision by our team is offered as an option.
