A word from the founder
A concierge service designed like a home
I created Serenza for a simple reason: too many owners entrust their property to platforms that know neither their guests, nor their neighborhood, nor them. I wanted something different, a human-scale service rooted in the local area, where every key handed over is a promise kept.
I live here, at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup. My network of partners, including welcome hosts, cleaning teams and maintenance craftsmen, lives here too. When a guest arrives at your door, they are not greeted by an hourly paid agent: they are greeted by someone who knows the property and the surroundings, and who can tell what makes your corner of the world unique.
