Short-term rental in Gignac
Gignac is located in the Hérault valley, close to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Lake Salagou and the landscapes of the hinterland of Montpellier. Travellers come for the nature, hiking, heritage and calm, often as a couple or with family, and they choose a place that makes them want to stay.
For an owner, the difficulty is staying available: messages, arrivals, cleaning, checking the property. We take over this work, with carefully crafted listings and guests looked after from their first question to their departure.
What Serenza does for your property in Gignac
We take care of both the office work and the fieldwork, so that short-term rental no longer takes up your time:
- Your listings and calendars: a polished listing on each platform, with all calendars brought together in one place to avoid double bookings.
- Your guests: we reply to their messages before, during and after the stay, in five languages, and we prepare their arrival.
- Your direct bookings: with a contract and deposit, for guests who write to you without going through a platform.
- Cleaning and linen: a careful clean between two stays, with quality linen.
- Property checks: after each departure, we check the condition of the property and show it to you in photos.
- Your follow-up: a clear monthly report, so you know what has happened in your property.
